garden
A Sangha Garden Work Weekend will be held in September. This year there will be many changes due to the pandemic. The objective is to work together on the grounds—though socially distant and masked—enjoying the beauty of our land and the company of Dharma brothers and sisters. This event is only for Sangha members and family old enough to follow the guidelines. Sadly, you will not be able to stay at the Center this year, nor will we be providing meals. There is no fee.

Registration

It would be a big help to know who is coming for planning purposes, so please send a reservation to the Center by September 1, if at all possible.

What to Bring

Meals—BYO Lunch

Meals will not be served this year due to logistical complications stemming from the pandemic. So please bring your own bag lunch. Remember, vegetarian food only: no meat, fish, poultry or alcohol.

IMPORTANT: Guidelines and Details for 2020

Masks are required for everyone. We will be keeping 6' away from each other. Please bring your own garden tools and gloves. We will be checking temperature with a touchless thermometer. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided, and a handwashing station with soap and water will be set up outside by the farm garden. Bathrooms in the Buddha Building basement will be available.

Please do not come if you feel the slightest bit ill or might have been in contact with someone who is sick.
