Roshi Philip Kapleau passed away on May 6, 2004 at the age of 91. Each year we celebrate a day of remembrance in May.
This year there will be a hybrid all-day sitting on Sunday, May 5, beginning at 7:00 am. It includes a special chanting service at 9:15 am and a taped teisho from the archives of Roshi Kapleau's talks.
Who May Come?
Adult members of the Sangha are welcome in person. Masks may be required. Others are welcome to attend virtually via Zoom.
